Returns/Exchanges
We do not take returns/exchanges as all items are made upon order. All sales are final on discounted/sale items and gift card purchases. If you have any concerns with your items, please send us an email to gingersnapthreads@gmail.com we would love to help!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ask that you send an image to show damage.
